* USPS Priority deliveries will take 5-7 business days, counting from the shipping date. So if an order ships Monday then the expected delivery would be by Monday of that week or the following Wednesday.(We apologize in advance if the shipping gets delayed)

Note:
USPS requires a physical street address for delivery, we don't ship to P.O. Boxes.Extra shipping charge is applied for the large bulky items such as Liberator shapes and some Sex Slings. The charge is reflected on the product, and depends on the delivery address and will be calculated when the order is placed. You will be notified within 24 hours of the shipping cost before we ship the item to you. These items are not qualified for Standard Shipping.
Tracking Numbers for Shipments
- All orders UPS and USPS including International shipments (delivery 2-3 weeks) will receive a tracking number. Please register and provide a valid email address to receive your tracking number.
- UPS (www.ups.com) will be trackable as soon as the package(s) leave(s) our location that evening or in most cases the next day or the day the item has been shipped.
- USPS Priority (www.usps.com) tracking number will not be trackable. There will be two entries you will see the billing information received and it will be updated upon delivery at the local post office for delivery.

- All carrier deliveries are estimates only, without any shipping discrepancies, problems or delays.
- Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days. For holidays add one business day to all delivery methods.

Return Policy for Domestic US Orders
- Returns and exchanges are available for orders shipped within the United States.
- Items can be returned within 7 days of your order shipment if accepted by Forplix.com as a valid return. All Returns are subject to a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Once Fetish Toys Store.com agrees to accept the return
